Dillo aims to be a multi-platform browser alternative that's small (less than 350K), stable, developer-friendly, usable, fast, and extensible. Dillo is mainly based on GTK+ but GNOME is NOT required. Opera Browser Home Page The Opera Web browser claims it is faster and more secure than other browsers available on the market.
